WHY CHOOSE CASTOR?
The Castor Beacon is safe for workers because it utilizes ultra-bright LEDs. One can deploy the Castor in any situation or environment. Unlike the flammable flare which produces carcinogenic fumes, causes skin/eye irritation and its exposed flames can cause severe burns.
We designed the Castor Beacon to be environmentally friendly and we focused on sustainable practices through our reusable device (even in our packaging).
Flammable flares pollute the air where it’s deployed with their harmful fumes. A toxic residue is also produced as the flares burn and are baked onto the ground - this harms nearby wildlife and habitats.
Your ROI was considered consciously throughout the device usage. Twist & Click components allow for simple and easy upgrades or repairs- extending the lifetime of the device. A set of six Castor Beacons can replace 432 flammable flares on a single charge, 6 pylons, and 6 warning triangles.
The Castor Beacon is viewed as a "signaling device" as mentioned in traffic safety acts (in North America) due to the bright indicator bulb, reflective strips, and fluorescent orange body. The Castor Beacon can caution motorists and civilians from an eye-opening 1 km away - a traffic signaling device needs to caution motorists from a minimum of 150 meters.
